Covid-19 Updates:

As we are all doing our best to maneuver our every day lives, I'd like to ensure you I am doing everything I can to keep myself, my family and you safe. For this reason, I leave the option for you to wear a mask or go without and I will follow your lead. I do ask that if you have come in contact with somebody who has tested positive for Covid-19 or feeling ill (covid or otherwise) please let me know as soon as you can, and we will get your appointment rescheduled. Thank you for your cooperation!

New Clients:
Please see the menu tab above labeled "New Clients" before making any appointments.

Cancellation Policy:
I have this time reserved just for you! Because of that I ask for you to give me notice should you need to cancel. 48 hours notice is required. If you provide less than 48 hours notice to cancel this does not give another person the option to book during that time. Therefore I will need to charge 50% of the total services if 48 hours notice is not met. If you cancel within 1 hour or do not show up for your appointment, I will need to charge 100% of the total services. If the cancellation policy is not met and/or is abused, online booking will be disabled and appointments denied. Thank you for understanding.

Adjustments to services:

I understand your mind might change on what you are wishing to have done during your allotted time booked. I will do my best to accommodate your wishes, but it may not be able to happen in the time frame we have reserved. 
If I have preformed a service and you are dissatisfied with the outcome, I would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. I ask that you give me an email within one week from your original service, and I will be more than happy to create a plan to make any changes. I do not offer refunds on services.

Other:
I have the right to refuse service anytime.
